Ncell, country’s leading GSM mobile service provider, has launched a new offer on Saapati, whereby all Ncell prepaid customers will now be able to take more credit under Saapati facility without paying any service charge, in case of emergency when their main balance is low to use Ncell services.
This special offer is coming into effect from today (May 1 2017) on the occasion of May Day. Under this offer, customers can take credit of Rs. 30 using Ncell Saapati facility without paying any service fees. Only prepaid customers who have been using their Ncell SIM for two months or more are eligible to use this service when their balance comes down to Rs. 5 or less. Saapati amount enables customers to make calls to any network, send SMS and use mobile internet as well as other services.
Prepaid customers can dial *9988# and follow the instructions for taking Saapati. Credited balance of Rs 30 will be deducted once the customers top up their balance. If the recharged amount is less than Rs. 30, the entire balance will be deducted and the remaining credit shall be deducted upon the next recharge. Customers can dial *901# to get information about the remaining credit balance.
“We are pleased to launch this special offer on Ncell Saapati, which has always been a popular product of Ncell. We believe it will ease and ensure our customers to stay connected with their loved ones,” Milan Sharma, corporate communications expert of Ncell.
Ncell has been providing Saapati facility to customers since 2012. Customers can take this facility at any time and as many times as they want when their main balance depletes to Rs. 5 or low. Customers must have cleared their previous credit before requesting for another Saapati recharge.
